CHARISMATIC LEADERSHIP

 Charismatic leadership is basically the method of encouraging particular behaviors in others by way of eloquent
communication, persuasion and force of personality.
 Charismatic leaders motivate followers to get things done or improve the way certain things are done. This is
accomplished by conjuring up eagerness in others to achieve a stated goal or vision.

One of the characteristic of charismatic leadership is they have a vision, vision is just show a dream, they see a dream
and they show this dream to the subordinates. Then, they have willing to take personal risk to achieve that vision,
people follow this type of leaders they’re sensitive to the followers needs because if we don’t follow our leader, our
leader has no values and this charismatic leaders give high value on the followers name and they exhibit extraordinary
behaviors and base on this extraordinary behaviors people like these type of leaders.

These charismatic leaders are sometimes called that they are like superman, they influence people heavily some
examples are: John F. Kennedy, Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., and Steve Jobs. They are sometimes created as visionary
leaders as charismatic leaders as transformational leaders because they change the whole organization base on their
vision.

BASED ON PEOPLE LEADERSHIP

1. Dito mo makikita yung word na Unity, kasi dito sa type ng leadership na ito is hindi lang ang mga members ang
kumikilos kundi maski na rin si leader is kumikilos dito. Sa lahat ng Gawain at task ng organization is involve si
leader, at magandang paraan iyun upang mas ma guide ng maayos ni leader ang mga subordinates nya kung
meron man silang hinging tulong.
2. Dito sa leadership na ito lahat ng opinion ng miyembro ng organization is pinapakinggan, kasi hindi naman sa
lahat ng pagkakataon is si leader lang yung may magandang opinion syempre darating din yung time na
mauubusan din sya ng bala kaya kakailanganin nya yung mga opinion ng mga subordinates nya para magawa
yung isang task.

TRANSFORMATIONAL

 So from the word itself transform meaning tinatransform nya yung mga suburdinates nya as a new leader na
soon mag oorganize ng isang organization.
 So self-explanatory nalang yan alam ko naintindihan nyo na yan.
 As a leader kinakailangan na malakas yung character mo, hindi ito ung character sa isang game or anime ah
kundi character o pagkatao mo.
 Goal nila is mag develop pa ng mas marami pang aspiring leaders na kayang mag serve sa isang organization.
 Syempre as a leader kinakailangan na matalino ka o may knowledge na ihandle yung organization na
kinabibilangan mo.

 Sa transformational leadership nagbibigay ng value si leader sa kanyang mga subordinates kesa sa kanyang sarili.
Kasi kung ikaw as a leader binibigyan mo ng value yung mga subordinates mo, hindi malabong mag give back din
sila ng value sayo.
 So para lang iyang isang walis tigting,kung saan yung walis tingting is yung mga tao tapos yung mga kalat is yung
challenges, ang tagumpay ay hindi makakamit ng mag isa. Tulad ng isang pirasong walis tingting sa tingin nyo
mawawalis nyo ba yung mga kalat ng maayos kung isa lang yung gamit nyo? Di ba hindi? Pero kapag
pinagsamasama nyo silang lahat makakapag build sila ng strength para magawa at matapos yung goal nila na
walisin ung mga kalat o obstacles na hinaharap nila.
