Concept Paper: Proposal for a Car Loan Business

ABSTRACT

PIXEL is a Car Loan Business wherein it aims to provide good cars to customers, especially
ones who are on a budget. Depending on their type of income sources, especially working
college students, it seeks to help customers decide on owning a car with annual plans on
selected affiliated banks in our business. Customers will not expect one brand in our car
options as we provide a handful of selection of brands with price ranges depending on their
selected plan, give or take.

 Provide customers a good selection of cars with our plans.

 Customers can choose to pay in 3 of our plans, one year, three years, and five years,
depending on their income source.
 Customers can guarantee a satisfactory service in our business.

The business helps our customers to purchase a car using one of our three plans that we offer.

OVERVIEW

Today’s younger generation wants to own a car, whether they may be college students who
have a job, or young adults who have lesser salary on their type of job that they are employed
in.

They want to own a brand new car because second-handed ones tend to be more costly, so
going straight to brand new only needs less fixing. Their only problem is that they do not
have enough budgets to own a brand new car and usually they end up buying a second-hand
type or just use jeep or tricycle for their transportation. Our business wants to ease their
problem. We want to be a business where they can own a brand new car and make a good
deal out of their purchase.

The car selling industry has been to ups and downs. Back in the 1950s and 1960s, cars were
selling well to customers, but after the increased price of gasoline in the 70s, the market of
the industry has decreased and until online shopping was introduced in the 90s and later
2000s, the market in buying cars physically has decreased even more. However, the industry
of the car sales has recovered in 2014 and it started to make a comeback at the end of the
year, with 89 million cars sold.

We want to be a business to continue the industry of selling cars the traditional way, the way
where it was supposed to be back where technology was scarce. We believe in the spirit of
traditionalism and provide customers a variety of cars made by different and independent

companies and let the spirit of old-fashioned shopping continue to flourish here in the
Philippines.

METHODOLOGY

To start with, our business should need employees with good and strategic business planning.
How to come up with interests that would not hurt the customers’ wallets, what good cars do
people use these days, what is the most popular, the least popular, what plans do people go
for the most when purchasing a product and the like.

We wish to start the business in a place where cars are sold throughout yearly. An Urbanized
place to start our business so when people looking for a car wants to find a business, that
business is us

SUMMARY

PIXEL is a car dealership company that offers cars to qualified owners depending on their
income sources in the process of our plans that we offer in all the cars that we currently sell
to people who want to own cars. We aim to provide convenience to customers, depending on
their income sources, in purchasing the cars of their choice without putting them in debt. We
even aim to provide genuine products to our customers and we fulfill our part in providing
our customers a good service at the end of the day.
