Objective:
My ultimate goal is to become a physician. For that, I would need to participate in various medical-related programs such as research
which will enrich me and help me on my path to becoming a physician.

Education:
● Graduated from Chattahoochee High School in May 2019
● Genetics Major at University of Georgia

Activities:
Activity Name: Student Leaders of Johns Creek
● A service plus leadership organization
● Responsibilities include:
○ A group civil service project (5K to raise money for charity)
■ Group communications administrator
● Dealt with gathering sponsors for a 5K, in charge of relaying information to the group
○ Meeting once a month to discuss how to be a leader and use skills to better the community.
○ Community service (ie. helping at a local political debate, volunteering with the community International Night)

Emory Johns Creek Hospital
● Shadowed Dr. Adedapo Odetoyinbo (Hospitalist at Emory Johns Creek Hospital) - 6/14/2017
○ In sophomore year, I followed Dr. Odetoyinbo around the hospital as he showed me how the hospital operated. I even
sat in on a meeting discussing the importance of customer service at the hospital. This experience made my interest
grow more into the medical field.
Northside Hospital Forsyth:
● Northside Hospital Volunteen Program:
○ A hospital volunteering program. Very selective. Allows students to make connections in the medical field.
■ Pre-Operating Volunteen (June 2018 - July 2018)
■ Year-Long Program (September 2018 - October 2018)
● Shadowing:
○ Dr. Bhaskar Reddy (Cardiologist at Northside Hospital Forsyth) - 11/2018 to 06/2019
■ I have shadowed Dr. Reddy at his work. I watched him meet with patients and he explained all the conditions
and ins and outs of his job. I learned how a specialist works in comparison to generalized doctors.
Spartanburg Regional Hospital
● Shadowed Dr. Asim Pati (Hematologist/Oncologist at Spartanburg Regional Hospital) - 06/17/2019 - 06/18/2019
○ For two days, I spent my time shadowing under Dr. Asim Pati. I watched him interact with various patients and learned
the rigors of the oncology field.
Gwinnett Pediatrics and Medicine
● Shadowed Dr. Lisa Roberts (Pediatrician at Gwinnett Pediatrics and Medicine) - 06/19/2019
○ I spent a half-day shadowing Dr. Lisa Roberts at her work. I followed her as she met with various patients and learned
about the rigors of the pediatric field, especially the time constraints under which a pediatrician must see a lot of
patients.
Summer Internship at Antebellum Senior Living:
● Interned at a senior living facility. While I shadowed every department (Management, Activities etc.), I primarily spent time with
the Medical Team. Duties included interacting with the residents, handing out medicine, and filing medicine requests. (June
2018 - July 2018)
