It is with great pleasure that I invite you to the 16th National

Occupational Safety and Health Congress on November 20-21, 2018

at the Philippine International Convention Center (PICC).
This year’s theme “Be an OSH Champion: Vision 1 Million” seeks
to emphasize the importance of OSH champions in promoting the
Occupational Safety and Health Culture in the Philippines. We believe
that increasing the number of OSH champions to a million will facilitate
compliance of enterprises to the OSH standards, inspire workers to be
vigilant against workplace hazards, and spread the value of OSH to families
and communities.
This Congress will highlight discussions on strategies that OSH experts
in various industries employ to combat work-related accidents and illnesses,
establish the OSH culture in their respective workplaces, and encourage
more individuals to become champions OSH.
It will also provide the best avenue for networking between work safety
and health professionals, employers, trade union representatives, policy
makers and other stakeholders.
We look forward to your active participation in the exchange of knowledge
and experiences, forging partnerships and laying down concrete measures
in building a more productive, safer and healthier country.
See you in November 2018.
