DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE

WE, SPOUSES DIOSDADO M. HOLGADO and YOLANDA M.


HOLGADO, both of legal age, Filipino, with residence and postal address at
Asis I, Mendez, Cavite, hereinafter referrered to as the SELLER,

-AND-

KRISHNA CRUZ NAVAL, Filipino, of legal age, married to Jan


Michael Naval, with residence and postal address at Phase 2, Block 12, Lot 37,
Avida Settings, Nuvali, Canlubang, Calamba City, Laguna, hereinafter referrered to
as the BUYER,

WITNESSETH;

WHEREAS, the SELLER is registered owner of a parcel of land located at


Barangay of Asis I, Municipality of Mendez (Mendez-Nunez), Province of Cavite, and
covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. T- 21425 of the Registry of Deeds of
Tagaytay City, containing a total area of FORTY FIVE (45.00) SQUARE METERS,
more or less, herein after referred to as the PROPERTY, and more particularly
described as follows:

“ A parcel of land (Lot 16 Blk. 2 of the conso.subd. plan (LRA)) Pcs-36671 approved as a non-
subd. project, being a portion of Lot 6030-A-8 (LRA) Psd-400929 and Lot 6030-B, Psd-04-185309,
LRC Rec. No. Free Patent), sit. In the Bo. Asis, Mun. of Mendez, Prov. of Cavite,Is. Of Luzon.
Bounded on the NE., pts. 4 to 1 by Lot 17; on the SE., pts. 1 to 2 by Lot6 30; on the SW., pts. 2 t0 3
by Lot 15 (Alley), all of Blk 2; on the NW., pts. 3 to 4 by Road Lot (7.00 m. wide) all of the conso.
Subd. plan. Beginning at a pt. marked “1” on plan xxxxx containing an area of FORTY FIVE (45)
SQ. METERS, more or less xxxxx

WHEREAS, the BUYER has offered to buy and the SELLER has agreed to sell the above
mentioned PROPERTY at a price payable under the terms and conditions herein set forth;

NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the sum of PESOS: SIXTY EIGHT
THOUSAND (P 68,000.00) Philippine Currency , hand paid by the BUYER to the SELLER, the
SELLER DO HEREBY SELL, TRANSFER, and CONVEY by way of Abslute Sale unto the said
BUYER, his heirs and assigns, the certain parcel of land, free from all liens and encumbrances of
whatever nature as of the date of this sale.

The BUYER hereby accepts the above-described PROPERTY based on an “AS-IS-WHERE-IS”


basis.

ROSALES RIVERA, RENATO RIVERA, MARIA RIVERA AND LEONARDO
RIVER, divided equally.

That all the lots are equally divided among the parties.
