iii. Determine Risk Factor (Obesity, Physical Inability, Poor Nutrition, Smoking). For

V. REMARKS:
1. Which of my teaching strategies worked well?
The teaching that worked well is the integration of the sense of humor while doing the
discussion with a pictures (utilize as instructional visual aid) which the sets and bring the
atmosphere of learning to openness and freedom of expression guided by the necessary
standard of the learning competency.
2. Why did this work:
The teacher was able to hold the students’ interests to learning and make the students
do 95 percent of the enrichment activities and gain an encouraging response during the
assessment process.
3. What difficulties did I encounter which my principal or supervisor can help me solve?
Some students tend to shift the learning pace into another dimension however after an
approachable practice of discipline the teacher was able to maintain and bring back the
glory of teaching
4. What innovation or localized material did I use/ discover which I wish to share with other
teachers?
The teacher along the process utilizes the student’s experiences in managing, holding
and grasping student’s interests looking as well on their nature as Grade 9 students.
Well-crafted questions that focuses on their internal revenue seems to let the students
determine their capacity to learn.
