• Evaluate and produce a wide range of HR handbooks and manuals in line with legislative

requirements and the business needs.


• Research existing policy/working practice within the Company, making recommendations where
existing employment policies may present obstacles to working practices.
• Ensure policies and procedures are housed in the appropriate manuals/intranet sites that are
maintained and kept up-to-date at all times.
• Support HRM (Planning) in enhancing the effective flow of information to the other HR and line
departments.
• Produce both standard and ad hoc contract letters for the Groups various staff categories, ensuring
these contracts accurately and consistently reflect Company policy and legislative requirements.
• Respond accurately and promptly to all incoming ad-hoc projects.
• Manage and maintain the HR Systems (Contract Management System & Project Total Reward
System) and make recommendations to IT to improve the system and information flow to the end
user.

Leading day-to-day administration, including collecting time sheets, and acting as initial degree of
contact for inquiries related to Human Resources.
-Organizing, managing, coordinating, and directing the operations and functions of personnel.
- Coordinating and participating as a selection panel member in recruitment process, including
selection, appointment process, preparing reports. This should be done according to the recruitment
and hiring procedures and policies set up by HR Headquarters.
- Conducting investigations and research into reclassification, classification and criteria advancement
submissions and preparing appraisal reports of employees.
- Identifying, reviewing, and advising on tasks related to recruitment process and employment
strategies to meet human resources requirements.
- Undertaking quality checks of selection and recruitment processes and reports.
- Interpreting, assisting and advising employees regarding cooperative agreement applications, leave
management and benefit administration, and HR procedures and policies within the specified
guidelines.
- Supporting in completion of job application materials and documents, and preparation of
employment interviews and tests.
- Performing & supervising the HRMS system by following up the process & handling the required
reports.
- Establishing, organizing and supervising the maintenance of department records, ensuring complete
accuracy and confidentiality.
- Preparing, reviewing, interpreting, analyzing and approving a variety of data, information and
reports, and making recommendations depending on findings.
- Conducting with and advising management and supervising human resource issues; investigating
human resource related problems and making recommendations to the organization.
- Acting as an active member in preparing the job descriptions & update the organization chart.
- Prepare the hiring process with the HR Supervisor by handling/conduction the HR orientation &
welcome package.
