JOINT AFFIDAVIT OF TWO DISINTERESTED PERSONS

RE: ONE AND THE SAME PERSON

We, LUZVIMINDA L. ANIÑON and DONNA GENARA A. PIÑERO, both of legal

ages, Filipino, married and are residents of Barangays Simborio and Poblacion, both of
Pamplona, Negros Oriental respectively having been sworn to in accordance with the law hereby
depose and state that;

1. We personally know MARIA NERI TORRES MOLAS-SALAZAR who is our long

time co-employee at the Local Government of Pamplona, Negros Oriental;

2. We know that as per records in the Human Resource Management Office, she was
appointed as Municipal Bookkeeper of the Municipality of Pamplona in September 1,
1980 under the name NERIE TORRES MOLAS based on her Transcript of Records
from St. Paul College Dumaguete and CSC Eligibility Ratings both Professional and
Sub-Professional levels;

3. We know that said NERIE TORRES MOLAS was then promoted in September 8, 1992
to the position of Municipal Budget Officer of the Municipality of Pamplona already
using the name MARIA NERI TORRES MOLAS based on the Certificate of Live
Birth from the Office of the Local Civil Registrar which is the name used in all her
subsequent official transactions;

4. We know that in June 18, 1988, MARIA NERI TORRES MOLAS got married to
EDGARDO CANALES SALAZAR from Tamisu, Bais City at the Our Lady of the
Pillar Church, Pamplona and we were present during her wedding;

5. The spouse MARIA NERI TORRES MOLAS and EDGARDO CANALES

SALAZAR gave birth to three children namely PAUL EDGAR, MARY EDEN
PRIMROSE and MARIA JEAN LORINA all surnamed Salazar;

6. We are not in any way related to any of the foregoing person within the 4th degree either
by consanguinity or affinity, nor do we have any pecuniary interest in this matter
whatsoever;

7. To remove confusion as to the two names, NERIE TORRES MOLAS-SALAZAR and

MARIA NERI TORRES MOLAS-SALAZAR refer to one and the same person whose
registered name in Philippine Statistics Authority is MARIA NERI TORRES MOLAS;

 8. We are executing this affidavit to attest to the truthfulness of the foregoing statement and
to establish the real identity of MARIA NERI TORRES MOLAS-SALAZAR and for
all legal intents and purposes it may serve.
