ADMISSION NOTICE IN DIPLOMA PROGRAMS
List of the candidates in order of merit who have applied for diploma programs (Food
Production, Bakery & Confectionery and Food & Beverage Service) for the session 2019-2020
is followed:

Candidates in merit list are hereby advised to deposit their fee either by online gateway
available on www.ihmlucknow.com using debit or credit card or by net banking. Fees can
also be paid at the Institute counter by swiping debit/credit card on POS machine and
submit the fee receipt to the office by 24” July 2019 latest by 03:00 P.M. along with
original documents for verification as well as taking admission letter.
Following documents in original with one set of photo copy (self attested) required at the
time of admission
10" & 10+2/12"/intermediate Mark-sheets.
Document in proof of Date of Birth.
. SCLICLC/TC/Migration of last school/college attended.
Character Certificate issued by last attended school/college
Cast/OBC-NCL certificate (issued from competent authority)
. Aadhar card/ID and address proof.
Medical Certificate in prescribed format.

Noanons
Candidates in waiting list should contact office on 24.07.2019 at 04:00 P. M with requisite
fee and original documents. Institute will not be responsible for late comers/absentees.
Candidates who have not got admission in Food Production or kept in waiting list due to
low merit, if wants admission in F&B Service or Bakery & Confectionery should contact
office immediately along with fee payable and original documents such admission will be
granted on first come first serve basis.
The merit has been drawn on the basic of English + top 4 subjects
The detail specification of uniform will be displayed to the student by the institute at the time
admission procurement of the same from market on their own cost.
