    In CT, transparency in government spending matters because every Connecticut resident and business pay taxes to ensure we receive the services we expect of our state government to protect the public's interest to include the needs of our children. Yet, Connecticut taxpayers are paying for a "secretive" Private-Public partnerships in Connecticut Public Schools? Why did we need a "lockbox" to protect transportation dollars? Being an active voter is not enough we must be an informed voter too!
