volumosa na aviação geral. No caso da aviação comercial, porém, aeronaves maiores, com quatro motores (L4P), são maioria.

São Paulo ainda é, em maio de 2018, o estado com maior concentração de helicópteros no país, com 679 unidades, seguido
pelo Rio de Janeiro, com 415. Juntas, as duas cidades concentram 52% da frota de helicópteros do país. No ano de 2017, a frota teve
queda de ↓2% em comparação com o ano anterior, em especial a frota do Rio de Janeiro, cuja queda representa 46% da redução
na frota nacional.

turboélice (H1T), um motor pistão (H1P) e dois motores com dois motores turboélice (H2T) tiveram uma redução
turboélice (H2T). Em 2017, não houve variação na distribuição percentual de ↓5% em relação ao ano anterior e as aeronaves
da frota quanto a motorização da aeronave nas aviações com um motor turboélice (H1T) reduziram ↓1%.

Em 2017, as operações de aviação civil aumentaram 1% em relação ao ano anterior, com as maiores taxas percentuais de
aumento nos aeroportos Ministro Victor Konder (SBNF), Professor urbano Ernesto Stumpf (SBSJ) e Jacarepaguá (SBJR).
