(Hereinafter called and referred to as the “First Part”)

IN FAVOUR OF

The Branch Manager, Indian Bank, Asifnagar Branch, Kothapally Mandal, Karimnagar Dist., one of the
branches among other Indian Bank, a body corporate constituted under the Banking Companies
(Acquisition and Transfer of Undertaking) Act V of 1970, having its Head Office at 66, Rajaji Salai, Chennai
– 600 001 and Corporate Office at 254-260, Avvai Shanmugam Salai, Royapettah, Chennai – 600 014
represented by its Branch Manager authorized official of the bank/Branch.

(Hereinafter called/referred as to the “Second Part”)

THE MEMORANDUM WITNESSESTH AS FOLLOWS:

WHERE AS the borrowers herein already deposited with the lending bank the title deeds relating to
the schedule property –A( belongs to Busa Kumarswamy) situated at Asifnagar village,
Kothapally(H)Mandal & Dist: Karimnagar, property –B(belongs to Chatlapally Rajamallu) situated at
Asifnagar village, Kothapally(H)Mandal & Dist: Karimnagar . Described more fully in the schedule here to
have been deposited by mortgagors on 21.05.2019 with the lendee bank with an intention of creating
equitable mortgagors to secure the loan amount of 60,00,000 for Purchase of Machinery and 20,00,000
for Civil work i.e. aggregate amont is 80,00,000/-(Rupees Eighty lakhs only) and borrowed by M/s. SS
Granites ,Asifnagar Village Rep.by its Sole Prop.Chatlapally Chandrakala with relative interest, costs,
expenses, etc., and also for repayment of any other sums that may be due and payable from time to time
or at any time due to the said Indian Bank, Asifnagar Branch together with interest, discounts,
commission, costs,charges and expenses etc.., in relation there to .

The Said party of the First Part declared while depositing the title deeds that he/they was/were the
absolute owners of the property mentioned below and there was/were no encumbrances on the said
property. The said party of the First Part further declares that as on date also there is/are no further
encumbrances on the said property. The said party of the First part further declares that as on date
there is/are no further encumbrances created on the said property except aforesaid in favour of the
party of the Second part.
