1. Degree Programs
1.1 The university offers at least twenty (20) academic
degree programs (undergraduate and graduate levels).
2. Student Enrollment
2.1 The university has enrollees in at least twenty (20)
academic degree programs.
2.2 The university has enrollees in at least six (6) graduate
programs.

2.3 The university has enrollees in at least one (1) doctoral
program in three (3) different fields of study.
3. Curriculum
3.1 The university requires the submission of
thesis/project/research papers in at least 50% of the
baccalaureate programs.

graduate programs.
4. Faculty Qualifications
4.1 All full-time permanent faculty members have the
relevant degrees as required by CHED in the subject
areas they handle.
4.2 All full-time permanent faculty members handling core
subjects of licensed programs have the relevant
professional licenses.
4.3 All full-time permanent faculty members teaching in the
doctoral programs have the relevant doctoral degrees
as required by CHED.
4.4 All full-time contractual faculty members have the
relevant degrees as required by CHED in the subject
areas they handle.
4.5 All full-time contractual faculty members handling core
subjects of licensed programs have the relevant
professional licenses.
4.6 All full-time contractual faculty members teaching in the
doctoral programs have the relevant doctoral degrees
as required by CHED.

4.9 All part-time faculty members teaching in the doctoral
programs have the relevant doctoral degrees as
required by CHED.
5. Faculty Research
5.1 At least thirty (30) full-time faculty members are actively
involved in research and development activities in their
respective disciplines as evidenced by refereed
publications, and other scholarly outputs.
6. Research Program
6.1 The university has a viable research program in
specific (disciplined and multidisciplinary) areas of
study that produce new knowledge as evidenced by:
6.2.2.1 patents,
6.2.2.2 articles in refereed journals, or
6.2.2.3 books
6.3 The university has links with other research universities
in various parts of the world to ensure that the research
activities of your university are aligned with and are
being implemented in accordance with the current global
standards.
7. Learning Resources and Support Structures
7.1.1 libraries
