PURPOSE OF LABORATORY EXAMINATION: To determine the presence of dangerous drugs.

FINDINGS: Qualitative examination conducted on specimens A to C gave POSITIVE result to the tests for the presence of
Methamphetamine Hydrochloride (Shabu), a dangerous drug.

CONCLUSION: Specimens A to C contain Methamphetamine Hydrochloride (Shabu), a dangerous drug.
