1. MOTIVATION
INTEGRATIVE APPROACH
INDICATORS:
1–5–6–7-8 Show video of accidents happened in a workplace.
Guided questions:
1. What have you observed in the video?
2. Is there a way to avoid accidents?

2. ACTIVITY PROPER
CONSTRUCTIVIST /COLLABORATIVE APPROACH
Arrange and explain the jumbled letters to determine or find out what is
the topic/lesson to be discuss. Then the teacher will give to them the
objectives for the day. They will be divided into 3 groups.

(ans: goggles, rubber soles, apron, face mask and gloves)
3. Do you think only beginner workers need to wear PPE? Does the
experts on the fields still needs PPE?
(ans: No. Everyone needs to wear PPE. All employees, depending
on their jobs, are required to cooperate in the strictest observance
of safety legislation, regulations, guideline policies and procedures
at all time. )

B. ABSTRACTION
REFLECTIVE / INQUIRY APPROACH
“ BUY ME PLEASE”.
INDICATORS The teacher will give 850, 750 and 650pesos to the students. They will
1–2–3–4–5–6 buy and budget their money on the different PPE available at Frugality
Hardware Merchandise. After that they will answer the following
questions.
1. What have you noticed after doing this activity? Is your money
enough for the different PPE needed in your computer shop?
2. How did you budget the money given to you?
3. What have you learned from this activity?
4. What do you think will happen to you if you did not wear different
PPE while you are doing your job as a computer technician?
5. Give and explain the importance of wearing PPE. Why it is
important for you as a computer technician?
C. APPLICATION
COLLABORATIVE/INTEGRATIVE APPROACH

The teacher will ask the students to dress up the model. The student will
pick a PPE then describe it.
