DEED OF ADJUDICATION WITH SALE

KNOWN ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That we:

1. EMMA D. BARGO – legal wife of the late Briccio Bargo, of legal age, Filipino, widow
and a resident of Brgy. San Pedro, Pilar, Capiz, Philippines;

2. MILADY B. BESA – legitimate daughter of the late Briccio Bargo, of legal age,
Filipino, single and a resident of Brgy. San Pedro, Pilar, Capiz, Iloilo, Philippines;

3.LILITH D. BARGO– legitimate daughter of the late Briccio Bargo, of legal age,
Filipino, single and a resident of Brgy. San Pedro, Pilar, Capiz, Philippines;

HEREBY MANIFEST AND DECLARE:

Witnesseth:

That we, the aboved-named persons are the legal wife and legitimate children,
respectively, and surviving legal heirs of the late Hector Cunanan who died on January 2, 2014
at Don Jesus Colmenares Memorial Hospital, Brgy. Tingui-an, Balasan, Iloilo, Philippines, leaving
no will and no debt;

That at the time of his death the said decedent left a parcel of land known as Lot No.
2913, CAD-478-D, Carles Cadastre situated in Brgy. Cawayan, Carles, Iloilo, Philippines
containing an area of TWENTY THOUSAND (20,000) square meters and covered by OCT No. F-
37487 and Tax Declaration No. 0179 PIN 041-016-02-094, more particularly described and
bounded as follows:

“ A parcel of land known as CAD Lot No. 2913, CAD-478-D, Carles, Cadastre, situated
in Brgy. Cawayan, Carles, Iloilo, Philippines bounded on the North by Lot 1700, 1702; on the
South by lot 2908; on the East by Provincial Road; and on the West by lot 1748 pt containing
an area of TWO HUNDRED FORTY-THREE (243) square meters”

Witnesseth further:

That as the only surviving legal heirs of the late Hector Cunanan, pursuant to Section 1,
Rule 74 of the Revised Rules of Court in the Philippines, we the above-named persons hereby
ADJUDICATE, as it is hereby ADJUDICATE, unto ourselves the above described parcel of land,
subject to the restriction of Section 4 of the same Rule;

Witnesseth further:

That for and in consideration of the sum of EIGHTY-FIVE THOUSAND (P 85,000) PESOS,
Philippine Currency; receipt of which is hereby acknowledge to our complete satisfaction, we,
the above-named persons hereby sell, cede, transfer and convey unto FATIMA V. DELA VEGA, of
legal age, Filipino, and a resident of San Antonio, Pilar, Capiz, Philippines a portion of the above-
described property containing an area of TWO HUNDRED FORTY-THREE (243) square meters
only, free from all liens and encumbrances.

Philippines on January 24, 2012; NATALIA V. CUNANAN with her CTC No. 12009 issued at
Carles, Iloilo, Philippines on January 24, 2012 and FATIMA V. DELA VEGA with her CTC No.
32919270 issued at Pilar, Capiz, Philippines on January 06, 2012 known to me to be the same
persons who executed the foregoing instrument and acknowledge before me that the same are
their free acts and deeds.

This instrument consisting of two (2) pages refers to a Deed of Adjudication with Sale
signed by the parties and their instrumental witnesses on each and every page there including
this page on which this acknowledgement is written.
