ORDER

This matter is before the Court on federal defendants' motion for an

extension of time to file an omnibus response to plaintiff's response to
federal defendants' motion to dismiss. (Doc. 29). For good cause shown,
federal defendants' request is hereby Granted.

The federal defendants shall have up to and including February 13,

2013 in which to file their omnibus response to plaintiff's response to
federal defendants' motion to dismiss (Doc. 15) filed in this matter.

It is so ordered.
