of Buildings and on service tax liability of the exhibitor.

• Prepared concise notes on enforceability of assignment of shares in India anywhere in the world and on procedure
of insolvency proceedings; Extensively Researched on consequences on capital gains tax in case of sale of inherited
property and whether a company can sell its assets before going into liquidation.

• Drafted Written Arguments for an Interlocutory Applications filed under Order VII Rule 11 and Order 1 Rule 10
(2) of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 in a trademark infringement case and Sworn Statements to the Complaints
filed under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881.
