JOINT AFFIDAVIT

That we, GERALD E. NILLAS and REAH D. MONTECASTRO, both of legal

age, Filipinos, single, and residents of barangay Ajong, Sibulan, Negros Oriental, under
oath, do hereby depose and manifest:

That we were classmate at the Sibulan Municipal High School sometime in the
year 2000and became intimate friends;

That move by our love and passion we have decided to live together as husband
and wife sometime in the year 2001 and we started living together at Villaroisa
Subdivision, barangay Maslog, Sibulan, Negros Oriental;

That sometime in October 2002, we have transferred our residence to barangay

Ajong, Sibulan, Negros Oriental where we lived until the present;

That during our cohabitation we were blessed with two (2) children, namely:

1. ANGEL M. NILLAS, who was born on November 16, 2002 in Ajong,

Sibulan, Negros oriental; and,

2. ARGIE NILLAS, who was born on March 312, 2004 at the Negros Oriental
Provincial Hospital, Dumaguete City;

That there is no legal impediments of our marriage and for the good future and
welfare of our children, we have now decided to legalized our cohabitation by getting
married;

That we executed this affidavit freely and voluntarily just to attest the truthfulness
and veracity of our statements herein;
