Correspondence between standards

ISO 45001:2018 - OHSAS 18001:2007
This document presents the correspondence between all clauses of these two OH&S management system
standards. It is based on the actual content/coverage of respective clauses, not on just the similarities in their
headings. It may be noted that ISO has not provided any such correspondence under its newly issued standard.
The purpose is to facilitate understanding and appreciation among implementing organizations, auditors and
consultants about the coverage/content of the new standard issued by ISO to replace OHSAS 18001:2007.
It may be noted that even though the correspondence shown here implies the similarity in basic
content/coverage under respective clauses of these standards, but the exact requirements are not identical but
differ under the below-shown corresponding clauses, even if the clause headings are same/similar.
