***Good morning! I would like to remind everyone to please settle down as we are
about to begin the program. Kindly pay attention as we go along the program.

BEGINNING
I would like to greet everyone a blessed Friday morning to our dear students, teachers,
principals, our very supportive District Supervisor, Hon. Mayor and our generous guests
from the DENR. It is my pleasure to be chosen to lead this TURN OVER CEREMONY and
in behalf of Lalakay Elementary School, I would like to extend a very warm welcome to
all of you.

I. INVOCATION & NATIONALISTIC SONG

** And now to formally start the program, may I request everyone to please rise for the
INVOCATION to be led by MS. MARIA JOY C. LABAY to be followed by the
NATIONALISTIC SONG by ISABELA M. OCON.

II. WELCOME REMARKS

***At this very point in time, may I call on our hardworking principal, MR. RODEL J.
GUEVARRA to deliver his opening remarks. Let us give him a round of applause.
*** Thank you very much sir for that wonderful remarks.

III. MESSAGES
**And now, I would like to invite here on stage the very diligent and supportive Mayor
of the Municipality of Los Baños, Hon. MAYOR CAESAR P. PEREZ to give his message to
all of us. Let us welcome him with a warm round of applause.
*** Thank you very much, Hon. Mayor Perez for your inspiring message.

*** Also to deliver his message for today’s program, may I call on our guest from the
Provincial Environment and Natural Resources Office of the Province of Laguna the
Incoming Officer-in-Charge of PENRO. Ladies and gentlemen, as I mention his name let
us welcome him with a warm and thunderous applause, Hon. RONILO L. SALAC.

*** And last but definitely not the least to give his message, may I invite our equally
dedicated and supportive District Supervisor of Los Baños, DR. ALLAN G. HOSTALLERO.
