Fancy's Chocolate Land is the proposed business; it is named fancy chocolate

because it is not just an ordinary chocolate. The location of the business is in Purok-7,

Poblacion, Nabunturan, Comval. The business offers/serves different kinds of chocolate

that is extraordinary. These will make sure that every peso spent by the customer will

satisfy their want

Fancy's Chocolate Land is a partnership and is owned by best friends, with a

capital of ₱500,000. The target customers of the business will be those people who has

sweet tooth.

To promote the product, the business will use the internet and advertisement

scheme in order to be known by its target market.

Location: Fancy's Chocolate Land is located beside the convenience store. The street

there is the areas busiest street because of its location. The closest dessert store in the

town is minute drive.

Low Overhead/Lower Prices: Since Fancy's Chocolate Land serves extraordinary

chocolates, its price does not reflect overhead demands of a common desserts store.

Nowadays, people are very concious especially in food. Most of the people are inlove of

sweet foods eventhough it has a bad effect in our health, but because of craving and for

satisfaction they want to eat something different.

The sales strategy of fancy's chocolate land is simple. First, offer the costumer

extraordinary chocolate at the low price. Second, make sure that chocolate offered

quickly. Third, the workers must work to earn customer ’s loyalty.


Their focus is to satisfy the customers demand for a quality chocolate that is

served with a smile. Overhead will be kept low so that Fancy's chocolate Land prices

will beat the competition.

Fancy's chocolate land is a new chocolate business started in the town of

Nabunturan area. Fancy's Chocolate land will be located beside the convinience store

at Purok 7, Poblacion Nabunturan. The store is located in that area because it is near

the center of the town were there are many people will go.

Fancy's Chocolate Land will use advertising to promote the business we will use the

local newspaper, radio and flyer to advertise. In addition, we will hire people to hold

signs at the crossing road throughout the whole Nabunturan.

One of the habit of marketing and sales is to think in term of promotion all the time.

Promotion includes all the ways you tell your customers about your products or services

and how you then market and sell to them. Small changes in the way you promote and

sell your products can lead to dramatic changes in your results. Even small changes in
your advertising can lead immediately to higher sales. We will use advertisement in

order to promote our product and we will do promos sometimes.

It is very important to select, recruit, hire and retain the proper people, with the skills and

abilities to do the job you need to have done, is more important than everything else put

Rosejean started as waiter at one of the dessert store in town. At the time, Rosejean is

in her college year at Assumption College of Nabunturan. She graduated in 2010 with

course Bachelor of Science Business Administration. Soon after graduation she was

offered of the position chief manager in dessert store. She was held that position for 2

years.
