Report on Placements for the Class of 2017

The Institute has been maintaining a very good placement record since the
inception of PGP courses. The Institute has been meeting the requirements of Industry
through its various 2 year PGPs which are AICTE approved.While four of these courses
are considered edquivalent to MBA by the Association of Indian Universities [AIU],
three of them have received NBA Accreditation. The Institue has also been awarded the
prestigious South Asian Quality Systems [SAQS] accreditation.

The Institute has been achieving excellent placements record mainly because of the
following factors:

• Renowned Faculty who have national and international recognition for their
research contribution.

• Industry Oriented Curriculum which is revised every year.

National and International journals, electronic databases like, EBSCO, IBID
PROWESS, CMIE, JSTOR, Capitoline, EPWRFITS etc.,

• Special efforts to improve the placements performance of the students through

Lectures, Case Studies, Mentoring, Employment Enhancebility Skills Programs etc.
 • In order to improve the conversion rate of the student in various stages of
recruitment such as versant test, aptitude test, group discussion, Personal
interview etc., IPE management has engaged the services of M/s Talent
Sprint, a leader in professional skill development and talent transformation.

• M/s Talent Sprint has conducted EEP Program during the entire academic
mainly with the aim of improving the conversion rate of students in the
placement process covering versant test, Aptitude test, Business
Communications, SWOT analysis, Group Discussions, Personal Interviews, etc.
