 Terms & Conditions in the use of UNIT 12-E
Horizons 101 Tower 1 Condominiums

These Terms & Conditions shall form part of the legally binding agreement between guest & unit 12-E
Horizons 101 Tower 1.

a) Security Deposit of Php 1,000 shall be deposited upon registration or check in. & it will only be
refunded if there are no damages and loss of facilities on duration of the stay of the guest.
b) Standard Check in Time is at 2:00 Pm onwards and check out time is at 12:00 noon. In the event
that the guest would like to extend its check out time, he or she shall be charged php200 for the
first ONE (1) hour & php200 on succeeding every 2 hours.
c) Full payment of Reservation or booking must be made at the time of check in.
d) Unit 12- E overnight rate is good for 4 persons only including children 7 years old and above, an
additional 2 extra persons will be charged Php300/night/per person.
e) STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED inside the room : PETS, PROHIBTED DRUGS & LIQUID , FIREARMS,
AMMUNITIONS, EXPLOSIVES & FLAMMABLE MATERIALS , GAMBLING & PROSTITUTION.
f) SMOKING IS STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED INSIDE OR OUTSIDE THE UNIT.
g) Guest are advised not to leave their children 12 years of age and below unattended inside the
room or other areas within the condominium premises. Unit 12 -E shall not be held responsible
for any untoward accidents that may occur due to the negligence of parents or their guardians.
h) DAMAGES & LOSSES: All items at Unit 12-E are accounted during check in. Thus, any and all
damages to our loss of items and/or fixtures inside the rooms shall be charged directly to the
registered guest.
i) We do not guarantee your SAFETY against accidents, death, acts of God, flood, riot, theft or
even acts of negligence & all activities that have inherent risks to health & safety thus, unit 12
E shall not be held responsible for any injuries, accidents & death.
j) Unit 12 E shall not be held responsible or liable for any loss or damage to your property during
your stay in our room. We have no responsibility for any property left behind and/or damaged
as a result of your stay in the room/unit.
