Matters discussed in the meeting:

I. Call to order

The presiding chairman, in the person of Mrs. Emelyn B. Claro, called the
meeting at around 12:50 PM.

II. PTA Project

A. Father Denny presented the evaluation of the Family Day 2018 and likewise
the Financial Statement of the said activity with a Net proceeds of Php. 63,
692.00.
B. He also presented the proposed PTA Project which is a covered walk from
the college canteen to the high school building.

In this regard, the PTA Project needs more financial support, so he presented
the breakdown of the additional payment for per paying parent amounting of
Php. 215.00.

III. 4CD SVD Camp 2019

The Father Director presented the details of the 4CD SVD Camp 2019
which will be held of May 27, 2019 to June 01, 2019, whereas our school is this
year’s host.
He then requested the parents to extend their help to the school and make
this activity a successful. He presented the breakdown of the payment per paying
parent amounting to Php. 100. 00

So, per paying parent will pay the following:

PTA Project- Php. 215. 00
4CD Camp – Php. 100.00
TOTAL - Php. 315.00

Reminder:
Deadline of paying the said amount will be:
 For graduating (Grade 6, 10, and 12) – February 26, 2019
For under graduating (Grade 7, 8, 9, and 11) – March 12, 2019

III. AVE VALE 2019

Mr. Byron Jiel Agbayani,, head of this year’s Ave Vale presented the details
of the said activity.

IV. Graduation Fees (Grade 12)

Dr. Gloreitta B. Sabas, the High School principal, presented the graduation
fees for the upcoming graduation day.

Diploma (2 copies) - Php. 50.00
Frame with Picture (package) – Php. 600. 00
Invitation (2 copies) – Php. 70. 00

Miscellaneous- Php. 150.00

Logos/ Yearbook – Php. 950.00
Alumni Membership Fee – Php. 100.00
TOTAL = PHP. 1, 920.00
 The wearing of the academic gown will be discussed by the cabinet as
requested by majority of the Grade 12 parents.

V. Distribution of Cards

Report Cards (Form 138-E) were distributed after the meeting by the class
advisers.
