Introduction:

1. Good day. We are working from Pailig Development Foundation, Inc. in partnership with People in
Need (PIN)

2. We are currently doing a baseline survey for “Empowered Youth for Mutual Understanding and Respect and
Increased Tolerance” project. This project aims to capacitate youth leaders, religious leaders and community
stakeholders to enhance and build relations, mutual understanding and respect with other ethnic groups and
faith and increased tolerance amongst each other through trainings and capacity building activities. The project
will run for at least two years. Do you have 20 minutes to speak to us about some of your individual
information? We would like to ask for your answers to some questions to help us identify your situation and
the community. Your input is voluntary and will not be used against you in any way – you do not have to
answer a question if you don’t want, and we can stop anytime.
