• RoladerR@fultonschools.org www.missrolader.weebly.com Quiz & Test Recovery→All correction sheets can be found in the FILES tab of our GENERAL Channel in Microsoft Teams. • Corrections are due by 4pm 1 week after Mrs. Rolader passes back the quiz, test, essay, project, or assignment. They will NOT be accepted late! • Students must staple the correction directions, original assignment, and actual corrections together and turn this packet in to the turn-in bin in Mrs. Rolader’s room. Recovery Policy (Summative and Formative Categories) • Students may recover grades in two situations. o First, if a student scores a 79 or below (has not met mastery) on a summative or formative assignment then he/she will be allowed to recover the standards which they did not master. Students who recover a summative or formative assignment can receive up to an 80 to show mastery. o Second, students with an overall grade of 75 or below at the end of a quarter will be allowed to recover the standard(s) they have not mastered. Students who recover their grade at the end of the quarter can receive up to an 80 to show mastery. In addition, they must have received support from their teacher via tutorial sessions before or after school or in teacher-directed stations in the classrooms. Help/Tutorial Sessions: • Mrs. Rolader's help sessions are on Tuesday mornings from 8:15am-8:45am. Students are required to let Mrs. Rolader know by 2pm on Monday if they are planning to come in for the help session. Students will not be allowed to attend the help session if they don't let Mrs. Rolader know they are coming. Absent/Make-Up Work Directions: • If you are absent, YOU are responsible for making up your missed work. • You will need to complete the warm-ups for the days you were absent in addition to any classwork and homework that was missed. Ask Mrs. Rolader or a classmate about the work you missed. The easiest thing to do is email Mrs. Rolader when you're absent. Then, she can send you the assignments and work that you missed! Make-Up Policy (Homework & Progress Monitoring Categories) • Missing homework or assignments in the Progress Monitoring Category can be completed up to the end of the unit. • The make-up work will be scored and 11 points removed from the actual score. For example, if a student turns in homework late and they score 100 on the assignment, they should receive an 89 (100 - 11) in the gradebook. An 89 is the highest grade a student can achieve on make-up work. Regrading Assignments/Late Work: • If a student completed an assignment late in OneNote and needs it graded for late credit, he or she needs to submit an email to Mrs. Rolader asking her to regrade it. See example:
