incumbent government and a devout follower of Mr. Damodar Das, was often emotionally hurt
by madam’s show and her views and he often expressed his anguish over her anti anti-government

Anil and Mira Raghuvwanshi’s had an arranged marriage. It had been two years to Anil and
Mira Raghuvwanshi’s marriage and they had no children yet. Anil had a very close
friend/colleague, Sanjay who often visited both of them. At times MirMira would get late from
work so Sanjay and Anil used to be at Anil’s house for work and dinner. Anil went out to many
business dinners and trips which Sanjay would always be a part of. Anil and Mira had some
tensions growing and stagnating their married life and the major reason for this was that after
Mira’s constant efforts Anil continuously would evade coming close to Mira and would always
avoid having a conversation about family planning. Mira was really tensed and kept on
confronting Anil and would often ask questions like if he had a love interest somewhere else or
he liked some other lady? To which Mira would never get a straightforward answer. Around
two weeks prior to the incident, between Anil and Mira caused a lot of heated arguments. Anil
finally spoke up and mentioned that he loved Sanjay and he would leave her. Mira was in utter
shock and despair after listening to this, she even took an off from her workplace because of
the stressful situation at her home.
It appears as a planned crime comm
committed by both the accused.

Sania Mehta (Friend of the deceased)

I am Sania Mehta, Aged about 28 Years old. I am a college professor at School of Law,

broken me from inside and I feel a part of me is also dead. I still feel she would return to me
someday. I can’t explain what she was to me.
Few days back, Mira called me to vent out her emotions. I got really worried hearing Mira crying
like a 2 year old over the phone. Mira told me that her married life instead of adding happiness to
her life seemed to be adding more burden to her life. Mira told me that Anil barely sstays at home
with her and even if he does then he’s busy working with Sanjay on some project of theirs. She
even added how he stays busy at his business dinners or traveling outside. I felt that there is
constantly asking as to what burden is this to
something more that is disturbing Mira so I kept constantly
which Mira replied that she along with Anil had decided to start their family soon but now,
whenever she tries going near to him, he starts to behave all weird and evades the situation. Mira
went ahead to even say this that she feels that Anil might have someone else in his life which is
the probable reason for his weird behaviour. I consoled Mira and asked her to sit and have a
conversation with Anil to clear the air. She was a great human being and brave wome
