COMES NOW, the petitioner and before the Register of Deeds, respectfully
states:

1. The PETITIONER, ALEXANDER T. PE of legal age, married to

LAURIE CHARISSE GARDE PE, Filipino and a resident of Santa
Rosa, Iloilo City, Philippines;

2. That I have annotated an ADVERSE CLAIM dated March 12, 2019 on

TRANSFER CERTIFICATE OF TITLE NO. T-137105, a parcel of land
located at the Puerto Real De Iloilo Subdivision, Lapaz, Iloilo City and
which parcel of land is particularly described as follows:

"A PARCEL OF LAND (Lot 5, Block 3, Pcs-063022-002239, being a cons-subd,
of Lots 4029-A, (LRC) Psd-146419, 4029-B-1, 4029-B-11 (LRC) Psd -159689,
4029-C-1 to 4029-C-20 (LRC) Psd - 148381, 4029-E-1 to 4029-E-21 (LRC) Psd -
149380, 4029-D-1 to 4029-D-19, 4029-F-1 to 4029-F-20(LRC) Psd - 149377,
4029-G-1 to 4029-G-1 to 4029-G-23 (LRC) Psd-149379, 4029-H-1 to 4029-H-34
(LRC) Psd-150180, 4029-I (LRC) Psd-146417 4029-J (LRC) Psd - 146417,
situated in the District of Lapaz, City of Iloilo, Island of Panay. Bounded on the
NW., along line 1-2 by Lot 6; on the NE., along lines 2-3-4 by Road Lot 1 (20.00
m wide); on the SE., along line 4-5 by Lot 4; on the SW., along line 5-6 by Lot
10; on the NW., along lie 6-1 by Lot 7;

Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan being S. 68-32 W.,936.81 m.

from BLLM No. 90, Cad. 21, Iloilo Cadastre, thence N. 82-34 E., 27.08 m. to
point 2; S. 11-55 E., 06.44m to point 3; S. 14-32 E., 09.61 m. to point 4; S. 83-
05 W., 36.36 m. to point 5; N. 23-34 W., 15.65 m. to point 6; N. 81-59 E., 11.98
m to point 1; point of beginning. Containing an area of FIVE HUNDRED EIGHTY
TWO (582) SQUARE METERS, more or less. All points referred to are indicated
on the plan and are marked on the ground by P.S. cyl. Conc. Mons. 15x40 cm.,
bearings true; surveyed by Engr. Ildefonsa T. Guerrero on May 1- 25 1993 and
approved on October 14, 1994”

3. Recently, RAMON C. TIU with the marital consent of JULIE TIU has
agreed and consented to the terms and conditions set forth by my
settlement proposal.
4. In view of the settlement, I hereby submit this VERIFIED Petition to
WITHDRAW MY ADVERSE CLAIM IN THE TRANSFER CERTIFICATE
OF TITLE (TCT) NO. T – 137105.
5. Further, I unequivocally rescind and revoke the TRANSFER OF RIGHTS
with Document No. 60, Page No. 14, Book No. XXXVII, Series of 2000
in the Notarial Register of Notary Public ALFREDO M. BANARES in
favor of Spouses RAMON C. TIU and JULIE TIU.
PRAYER
WHEREFORE, in view of the foregoing, it is most respectfully prayed for
the Withdrawal of the Adverse Claim in TRANSFER CERTIFICATE OF
TITLE NO. T - 137105.
Other just and equitable reliefs under the premises are likewise prayed
for.
