Mayalibit Bay Cottage, the private Island with its artistic architectures design during the olden day of Raja Ampat
era, which brings you closer to nature and with a full facilities of resort property.

We have varieties of facilities to suit your requirements with our hospitality and services. Furthermore, our
Resorts has more than 6 cottages limited (with 4 Double rooms and 2 Twin Rooms), could cater for a couple,

TERMS & CONDITIONS

• The above rates are included of 21% service charge and prevailing tax. Mayalibit Bay Cottages reserves
the right to adjust rate agreed within the contract period in the event of tax alterations by government
and service charge amendments.
• The offer is valid only on date request
• Not valid in conjunction with any other offer, such as lebaran, Christmas, Year End, and other special
package promotion.
• The above rates are NON-COMMISIONABLE

Reservation Policy

1. All reservation made, with terms of payment either by personal or company account is confirmed in
writing with duly authorized signatures on a formal Guarantee Letter or Booking Letter under your
company letterhead.
2. A guarantee or confirmation letter from your company should be received by Mayalibit Bay Cottage 2
(two) weeks prior to the guest or group’s arrival.
3. Final group rooming list, including daily meal requirements, arrival and departure times should be
received by Mayalibit Bay Cottage 10 (ten) days prior to arrival.
4. All Bookings are confirmed only after booking form and confirmation letter duly and deposits are paid. The
Mayalibit Bay Cottage reserves the right to cancel your function if payment conditions are not upheld. Receipt
of your booking deposit confirms your acceptance of all terms and conditions.
5. Mayalibit Bay Cottage reserves the right to cancel your function if the payment terms are not fully met.

Cancellations policy

The charges will be applied on all room guaranteed, food, & beverage or other inquiry as stated on booking or
guarantee letter signed by authorized person.

1. No Cancellation Fee: If the cancellation is made 14 (fourteen) days before the guests arrival
2. 50% charges of the price of 1 (one) night: if the cancellation is made within 4 (four) days prior to the
guests arrival
3. 100% charge of the price of 1 (one) night: If the cancellation is made within 24 hours prior to the guest
arrival
4. Cancellation polices apply as detailed in our standard trading terms. Along with cancellation charges.
5. In the event of cancellation, we regret that pre payments and deposits will not be refunded under any
circumstances. Cancellations must be sent in writing. If we are not be advised of your cancellation in writing,
the Hotel have the right to offer the booking to other relevant customer. On late cancellations the hotel
reserves the right to recover any loss of profit incurred.

Payment and Billing Arrangement

1. 50% deposit after signing of confirmation letter.

2. Deposits are non-refundable or transferable after 7 days
3. All costs will be billed to the company account (food, guest's accommodation, meeting package,
entertainment etc.) unless alternative arrangements have been agreed prior to you Event. If guests wish to
pay for their own expense the cost involved will be deducted from the company account.
4. The hotel reserves the right to bill any items missed from the first bill at a later date
5. All costs will be billed to the Group organizer unless alternative arrangements have been agreed prior to your
Event. `
6. Any extra costs incurved during your function will be charges to the Group organizer account.
7. Events can only be paid via Cash or Cheque (Cheques can only be accepted to the value of the Cheque
guarantee card) and bank transfer to Mayalibit Bay Cottage Official bank account or Designated account.

Others

1. The client shall pay for any loss or damage to any part of the hotel premises, or to any fixtures, fittings and
equipment which are caused by the Hirer or guest. We will not be held responsible for damage to any

2. Article brought onto the premises. The Hotel shall not be liable for any loss or damage except within the
constraints of the hotel Proprietors. In case of the loss or damage to the client it must be reported and then
recorded at the time with the Duty Manager.
3. The hotel shall not be responsible for the failure to provide facilities contracted for the event of it being
prevented from doing so as a result of "Force Majeure" or any other cause beyond its control. This includes
industrial disputes, orders or regulations issued by Central Government, Riots, Floods, Fire Epidemics,
alterations or redecoration of the Hotel. The Hotel will not be responsible for any loss or damage or costs as
a result.
4. No outside food, beverage, and alcohol can be brought onto or consumed on our licensed premises. No
exceptions of any kind are made in this regard. The hotel will charge the company automatically or individual
guest should this policy not be adhered to.
5. We have a 7 day lost and found policy which means we can only keep an item found for that amount of time.
It is the guest responsibility to check for all personal belongings at the hotel before departure, Any items
found will be listed at reception and can be collected within that time frame or will have to be sent to the
customer at there expense . Any items sent postage must be paid before in advance.
6. Rooms are on a request only basis and can not be guaranteed. We may need to amend your booking details.
If ever we do we will try to give forward notice where possible although this cannot be guaranteed.
