Introduction

This material deals with the formulation of the strategic framework of the logistics chain,

establishing through a flowchart the operations of the company, its organization through objectives,

vision, mission. The environment of the selected company .

Understand the importance of all the mechanisms to be used, in a strategic framework. What for the
objective, vision and mission that everything is based on the goals of the company, with a very
important role such as customer service.

Conclusion

I can conclude that this work seemed very important because through it I can see as one as the
mission, vision and objetives of a company, are relevant, since they allow to understand and make
known towards where is it going, who is it and what does a company want to do to give it a good
understanding between the parties, thus achieving successful negotiations.
