 I. Origin of the Name, Members, Etc.

The name came from the email with which under which I have my paypal:
omemm.usa@gmail.com . That name originally came from the fact that I wished
to affiliate with the Orden Masonica Egipcia de Memphis y Misraim (OMEMM). I
kept the email and ended up using it for paypal and other endeavors (I believe my
amazon account is also under it). Thus, to make it easier for Paypal to come
through and because I have already been working with that email, I designed this
name.

Then, having come up with a name that summed up the overall ethos of our
conglomerate LLC with subsidiaries, I realized that if I am going to have member
partners, it would be best to get a whole new email that to which we would all
have access. Looking back at the name, however, I really liked it so there it is. If
anyone comes up with a better – sounding official name that we can all rally
behind and encapsulates everything that we do, have at it. Otherwise, we could
(and, IMHO, SHOULD) keep the name and create a professional website with
pages for each and every subsidiary as well as a single email to which we would
all have access that would take in the payments via Paypal.com.

The members are myself, Daniel Rivera, Dewon Barnes Richardson and Jason
Spotts – unless any of those members do not want to be a part of this venture.
Each of us has different strengths and pathways of knowledge. Each of us has
unique skills. We can come together and create something very powerful that
will result in transforming us into millionaires.

We already have a Masonic Order with international recognition – which we must

also build up. The only one of our organization that is not currently a member of
the order (and this situation should be mended and, following initiation, his
membership ratified) is Jason Spotts. That Masonic Order will also give us the
ability to network and promote our businesses internationally and over the next
few years we should take full advantage of that as we build our wealth.

I plan to dive into a course of study into an MBA degree from University of the
People. This will provide me with all of the main tools to boost this enterprise
forward. While a full MBA is not necessary for all of us, each of us must have a
foundational knowledge of
A. Marketing
B. Accounting
C. Management
D. Structuring

Additionally, as a team, each of us should plow into one of the following and
combine our knowledge via group phone conferences (there are free websites
with this function available) and simultaneous Power Point documents which
should be sent to each member prior to the conference. There are many things
which we must know fundamentally – facebook advertising/marketing, youtube
advertising/marketing, funneling websites, video editing, etc. We should, insofar
as is possible, divide these studies so that one of us takes the extra time to
research everything there is to know about one of these forms of knowledge, puts
together a power point presentation, and enlightens the rest of us with what we
must all know.

Imagine what we could accomplish if we all came together like this and followed
through, if each of us found the time to do this so we can all build better futures
for ourselves.
