ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

We, the heirs of MR. FRANCISCO DEROCA hereby confirm that I have received the total

amount of Php 20,000.00 from MRS. BENITA A. LOPEZ as an additional amount related to

the land pledged under Tax Declaration, having Property Identification Number, 011-33-

0019-004-04 Accordingly, this letter was also intended to inform all parties involved that I

agreed for three (3) additional years to be added in the contract. This letter shall commence

upon the date mentioned above and remain effective and valid until unless earlier terminated

by mutual agreement of the parties to this letter.
