0 E-COMMERCE BUSINESS

1. Dropship agents purchase behalf of customers, they need to insert dropship agent id

and password to login the website.

2. After login the website, dropship agent need to key in customer id which auto generate

the details such as customer name, customer address, customer phone no and customer

email.

3. After key in customer id, dropship agent need to click next button where its located at

bottom of the page. It will direct them to order form. Then, dropship agent need to key

in product serial number which auto generate product name, type and price per unit.

4. Then, dropship agent also need to key in quantity ordered by customers. If customer

want to buy more than one type of perfume. The dropship agent need to click add button

to add orders.

5. After key in all the details, grand total will pop up automatically at the bottom of the

page.

6. Then, the dropship agent need to click payment button to attach payment proof sent by

customers at the space provided

7. Finally, the dropship agent need to click finish button to generate customer order form

that need to send to manager for shipping purpose. Then, manager will sent the product

along with the receipt to customer as a proof of payment has made.

3.1 Login and Main Menu

3.2 Make a Purchase

1. Click the button purchase on the Main Menu to start the process.

1. Customer ID will auto generate when key in the “Customer Name” field
2. Key in all the detail needed in the space provided . Save and next to proceed.

1. “Agent Name” field will give an option when being clicked to pick the
dropship agent for the customer. Agent ID will automatically appear
according to the choosen agent name.
2. Calendar will popup to make it easier to choose a date purchase.
3. A drop down list will appear to make a selection product purchase by
customer. Price per unit will automatically generate according to the choosen
product.
4. Enter the quantity desire and the total price will come out in the “Total price”
field. Click “Payment button” to proceed with payment.

1. Paymet ID will manually key in according to the sequence

2. Space were provided to attach the proof of payment such as CDM receipt,
screenshot of online payment and etc. Click the finish button to finish this
step.

1. You’re purchase are complete !. Click “Done” button to back to Main

Menu.

 3.3 Add New Dropship Agent

1. From the Main Menu, click “Dropship Agent” button.

1. Dropship agent ID will automatically generate to add a dropship agent.

2. Fill in the required information of the agent. Click “Save” to store the
information and “Add” to add another dropship agent.

information and “Add” to add another product.
