JOINT AFFIDAVIT OF TWO DISINTERESTED PERSONS

We, GUILLERMO BERNIDO JR and LORIE MAE BAGUIO, Filipinos, of legal

ages, and residents of Suba, Anda, Bohol ,Philippines, respectively, after having been
duly sworn to in accordance with law hereby depose and say:

1. That we personally know JOSE JAYSON NAVARRO who was born on

November 5,1983 in Anda ,Bohol;

2. That said JOSE JAYSON NAVARRO is a registered voter in Anda Bohol

under COMELEC Identification number: 1203-0036A-K0383JJN10000-4.

3. That, however, it was recently discovered that the name appearing on his
VOTER CERTIFICATION were erroneously recorded as JAYSON NAVARRO instead of
JOSE JAYSON NAVARRO, his true and correct registered name as reflected in all his
private and public transactions;

4. That it was also discovered that the date of birth appearing on his Voter
Certification were erroneously recorded as November 3, 1983 instead of November 5,
1983, his true and correct registered date of birth as reflected in his Birth Certificate
and all other private and public documents;

5. That we can attest to the fact of his name of said JOSE JAYSON NAVARRO
because we are neighbors and close friends and that the name JAYSON NAVARRO
and JOSE JAYSON NAVARRO appearing in his Voters Certification/ Identification and
in all his private and public transactions refer to one and the same person;

6. That we can also attest to the fact of birth of said JOSE JAYSON NAVARRO
that the date of birth of November 3, 1983 appearing in his Voter
Certification/Identification and the date of birth of November 5,1983 appearing in all his
private and public transactions refer to one and the same person;

7. That we are not related to said JOSE JAYSON NAVARRO either by affinity or
consanguinity whatsoever;

8. That we execute this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing fact, and to
support for the correction of entry of his name from JAYSON NAVARRO to JOSE
JAYSON NAVARRO and for the correction of entry of birth from November 3, 1983 to
November 5 1983 in conformity of the actual date of birth registered in the Birth
Certificate and for whatever legal intents and purposes this may serve.
