Instructions

NorthTec Auckland Campus wants to know whether the students’ expectations are met and how
are learners guided and supported. The purpose of this research is to identify and solve problems

using student feedback data. This will be used as a basis for managerial decisions in designing
and marketing of education programmes at NorthTec Auckland.

You are to write a formal proposal (word count, approximately 2000) for a research project. This
proposal demonstrates and applies the quantitative methods of research to identify and solve a
