SAP Flex RE Conditions - Calculation

Formula
Hi -
Would anyone have any full documentation (with detailed explanation) of each calculation formula which can
aid users to better understand where and when it can be used? Items 1 and 4 are pretty self-explanatory,
which is why I would like to further understand the rest of the calculation formula.

1 Fixed Amount
2 Residual/Usable Space in m2
3 Parking Spaces
4 Object Measurement
5 % Share in Condition
6 % Share in Source Condition
7 % Share in Group Condition
8 Condition Group Factor
9 Security Deposit
10 Rental Object Condition
11 Amount per Object
12 Amount per Rental Object Status
13 Amount per Tenant Changeover
14 Sales-Based Rent
15 Differing Measurement
16 Co-Ownership Share

Hi Princess
Here we go:
1. You can get the details of each calculation by checking the input factors in configuration:
Transaction code RECACUST > Conditions and Flows > Calculation and Distribution
Formulas > Calculation Formulas
2. Calculations formulas at this point allow the consultant to configure business
measurement specific calculation formulas. You can configure new calculation methods
based on your own measurement factors.
3. Regardless of the business specific calculation types, the calculation internal formula is a
SAP provided calculation method which cannot be changed (you can add new ones
through ABAP BADI)
4. When adding a condition to a contract, you can choose a calculation formula and hit the
"I" - Information icon and it returns the calculation method and an example.

Hope these help:

 A (Fixed Amount): User specified amounts based on condition valid period
 A1 (Fixed Amount - Posession Dates): User specified amounts based on possession dates
 B (Resid./Usable Space in m2): Total condition value is the product of the unit price and
the A200 measurement value
 C (Parking Spaces): Total condition value is the product of the unit price and the M005
measurement value
 D (Object Measurement): Total condition value is the product of the unit price and the
user specified measurement of specified object
 E1 (% Share in a Condition): Total condition value is the product of the user specified
percentage and the value of a user specified contract condition
 E2 (% Share in Source Condition): Total condition value is the product of the user specified
percentage and the value of a user specified object-specific condition
 E3 (% Share in Condition Group): Total condition value is the product of the user specified
percentage and the sum value of a condition group
 F (Condition Group Factor): Total condition value is the product of the user specified
factor and the sum value of a condition group of another contract
 F1 (Security Deposit): Total condition value is the product of the the I000 condition type
and user specified factor (to calculate a security deposit based on the rent value)
 G (Rental Object Condition): Total condition value is equal to the user specified condition
of a rental object
 O1 (Amount per Object): Total condition value is equal to the product of an object count
and a user specified unit amount
 O2 (Amount per Rental Object Status): Total condition value is equal to the status
(occupied/vacant) of an object
 O3 (Amount per Tenant Changeover): You can use the calculation formula both in a
management contract for a condominium owners' association (tenant changeover in
common property), as well as in a condominium owner mandate (tenant changeover in
the apartment of the investor), if you agreed on a bonus being paid for renting the
apartment.
 U (Sales-Based Rent): This is settlement value (not derived from the condition) when sales
based rent is calculated (i.e. percentage of sales reports is settled as rent)
 V (Differing Measurement): Enter an amount per unit as the unit price for the condition.
The resulting condition amount is the result of multiplying the unit price by the total of the
measurement values (measurement type is the first parameter of the formula).
 W (Co-Ownership Share (Rental Object Measurement)): The condition amount results
from multiplying the unit price by the total of the measurement values of the calculation
objects or the contract
