I. CALL TO ORDER

The meeting was called to order by. Hon. Alan A. Pelenio Chairman and presiding officer
at 9:50 in the morning.

II. INVOCATION

Ms. Gemma Q. Cillo, BHW of Cagwait led the prayer.

III. BUSINESS OF THE DAY

Hon.Pelenio chairman of the board welcome the members and visitors Ms.Fe Remotella
and company. Atty Daisy roquillo and her group to discuss and present to the members of
the casama ladhz III the propose partnership of the provincial government thru provincial
health office represented by Dr.Erik Montesclaros for the quarterly meeting and proceed
to the agenda. He made mention of the ongoing construction of the propose casama ladhz
III institute using the 1,000 sq meters lot in front of the hospital and this will be used as a
training center and school for para medical vocational courses offered by TESDA being
one of the partner. He also inform the members that he already talk with the owner of the
lot the Alvizo family regarding the donation and a portion of the 2.7 hectares lot to be
brought to the heirs of Pedro Alvizo and Jose Alvizo. He assured the group that he will
do the negotiation and will inform the member for the result as soon as possible
considering that he will be busy for the upcoming election. Hon Alameda asked the
mayor pelenio on how much is the cost of the lot as per initial talk with the owner. Hon.
Pelenio answered that the lot cost five hundred thousand pesos and this will be the site of
the school and propose name as CASAMA LADHZ III INSTITUE. Hon Alameda
expresses his support to the project. Dr. Orquio on his part commits himself to support
the propose plan and inform the members that he already talk with tesda regarding the
requirement for accreditation including the possible course they can offer the the
qualification for the teachers. He has already the list of this and stating accomplishing
it.Dr. Orquio also mention that the completion of the propose administrative building will
be finance by the provincial government as governor johnny t. Pimentel told him during
their meeting and the construction will start anytime soon. Hon Pelenio gives the floor
to visitors to discuss the upcoming partnership between the provincial government and
National Pharmaceutical Foundation.

Ms. FE thanks the officers and members of the casama for giving her the opportunity and
change to discuss her foundation being the distributors of drugs and medicines to
healthplus and existing pharmacy of the hospital. She made mention that she attending
this meeting before during the early years of the healthplus and she wants to know how
the updates and progress of the pharmacy when comes to sales and income and the
expenditures of its income. She cites the importance of having healhplus ahd their
foundation as supplier. One it provides the additional need of durg and medicine in the
hospital to address the philhealth policy of no balance billing to its indigents members,
seconds its price is lower compare to other supplier since the purchased is direct to
manila and the most important one their drugs are of quality and pass the standard from
BFAD and which she believed that all of this was address including the additional
income of the casama ladhz. She asked the Chief of hospital, chief nurse and
administrative officer on the profit gain and how it was spend by casama ladhz .Dr.
Orquio answered that healthplus income grows from its one hundred fifty thousand pesos
initial capital coming from the three Local government units support funds, its grows to
its million marks that were able to hired pharmacy aide, bookkeeper and giving
honorarium to its pharmacist and treasurer and other activities of the ladhz.

IV. OTHER MATTERS

Hon. Asked the provincial health officer to give some words regarding this plans and Dr.
Montesclaros states that this is just the initial stage the full details will be discuss during
the meeting of chief of hospital of the province because he want to copy the healthplus
like in other hospital in the province and to insure that there is always available quality
and cheaper drugs and medicines. He commend the officers and members of the casama
ladhz III for having healthplus and able to sustain its operation. Hon. Pelenio informs the
members that the Governor Pimentel and DOH regional Director. Lacuna announces that
Marihatag District Hospital will endorse as the next provincial hospital.
V. ADJOURMENT

There having no more business to be taken up, the meeting was adjourned at 12:30 in the
afternoon on motion of Engr.Henrito A. Simplicio and Seconded by Ms.Joseta T. Nueza.
