 INTRODUCTION

JFA Electrical Construction and General Services Inc. is a general construction

firm engaged in engineering, procurement and construction of high to medium
voltage transmission and distribution lines and substations; commercial and
industrial electrical facilities. The company started out in 1989 as a Trading
Company catering to the electrical materials needs of industrial companies in the
area which grew into a Construction Company to further meet the growing needs of
our client.

The Company is located in Brgy. Real which is very close to the Industrial Parks in
Laguna. Our strategic locations enable us to respond immediately to urgent or
emergency needs of commercial and industrial companies around the vicinity. We
are also serving the construction needs of several industrial companies in Industrial
Parks of Cavite and Batangas.

The management and technical aspects of the Company are handled by former
NAPOCOR officers experienced in Lines and Substations; Power System Protection,
Metering, Control; Testing and Commissioning; Project Management.

JFA Electrical is also engaged in the sales of various transmission and distribution lines
hardware such as but is not limited to concrete poles, pole insulators, strain clamps,
aluminum conductors (ACSR), galvanized guy wires and bolts. We also offer
Maintenance Services for commercial and industrial power equipment and Full Project
Management from Design to Testing and Commissioning and being a General Services
Company we can also render civil and mechanical works such as painting, hauling,
piping and fabrication works.

The Company's thrust is to provide quality service with cost efficiency, safety and
schedule as project drivers. We always ensure that each work done by the Company is
in compliance with provisions ofthe Philippine Electrical Codes and Recommended
Practices of the Electrical Construction Industry.

The JFA Electrical Construction and General Services then look forward to rendering
services and fulfilling the electrical requirements of your company soon.
