    Upon submission of LC Members Database, the Local Chapter shall pay its LC
    LC Membership Membership Contribution. The Local Chapter can pay 50% of its LC Membership
    Contribution Contribution but the other half should be paid on the deadline of LC
    Membership Requirements.

    Including the Certification from OSA and the Annual Report from Previous Federation
