It is hereby informed that he/she has been admitted provisionally to the Oral
Test (Interview) for the selection of appointment by direct recruitment to the post
of Inspector of Salt in the Tamil Nadu Industries Subordinate Service,
2015-2016.

2. He/she is, therefore, directed to present himself/herself for the Oral Test
for the said post on the designated date and time as mentioned above, at the Office
of the Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission, TNPSC Road, Chennai - 600 003
(Near Chennai Fort Railway Station and Broadway Bus Terminus). He/She should
produce all the original documents along with two sets of photocopies in
respect of all the claims made by him/her in the Online application. Apart
from that, if he/she fails to produce any one or more of the following
documents in original, he/she will not be admitted to the Oral Test under
any circumstances and also he/she is liable to lose his/her chance of being
interviewed:-

i. Evidence of Date of Birth (SSLC/HSC).

ii. Evidence of educational qualification and experience as mentioned

in para 6(B) of the Commission’s Notification 1st cited.

iii. Evidence of Qualification in Tamil : S.S.L.C / P.U.C /H.S.C / Degree in

the case of candidates who have passed the said examination(s) with
Tamil as one of the language (or) Evidence for having passed the Second
Class Language Test (Full Test) in Tamil conducted by Tamil Nadu Public
Service Commission as stipulated in para 11 of the Commission’s
Instructions to Applicants.

iv. Evidence for claim under Persons Studied in Tamil Medium (PSTM) in
the format prescribed in para 27 (xix) of the Commission’s Instructions to
Applicants. If the candidate fails to produce the evidence for having
studied the prescribed educational qualification in Tamil Medium, at the
time of Oral Test, considered as wrong claim and their application will be
rejected for wrong claim.

v. Community Certificate from the competent authority as specified in

para.15 (f) of the Commission’s Instructions to Applicants.
 vi. Evidence for religion (Community Certificate / Transfer Certificate).

vii. Certificate of conduct and character obtained from the Head of

Institution in which she last studied / studying.

viii. A latest conduct certificate obtained on or after 19.12.2018 from a

Government officer belonging to Group A or Group B category, duly
mentioning the candidate’s name, Father’s name, address and the period
during which he/she is known to the Government officer (Minimum 2
years).

ix. In respect of Differently Abled candidates, proper certificate of Physical

Disability obtained from the Medical Board concerned from in the relevant
specialty, specifying the nature of physical Disability, the degree of
disability and also certifying that his/her physical Disability would not
render him/her incapable of efficiently discharging his/her official duties
for the particular eligible for the above said post.

x. Destitute Widow Certificate obtained from the Revenue Divisional Officer

or Assistant Collector or Sub-Collector of the concerned District in the
prescribed format as stipulated in Note under para 5 of the Commission’s
Instructions to Applicants.

xi. Proper certificate of evidence for claiming as Ex-Serviceman with required

particulars in the prescribed format as stipulated in para 13 of the
Commission’s Instruction to Applicants duly authenticated by the District
Ex-Serviceman Welfare officer along with Discharge Certificate showing
that he is not in Military Service on the date of Notification and Evidence
for drawing pension.

xii. No Objection Certificate in case of candidates who are in Government

Service / Undertakings as mentioned in para 15(g) of the Commission’s
Instructions to Applicants.

xiii. Two copies of recent passport size photographs.

xiv. A photocopy of all the above documents should also be kept ready for
producing them, if necessary.

Notes:-

1) The Instructions underlined in paragraph (2) above will be strictly enforced.

2) The admission of the candidates to the Oral Test is purely provisional subject
to verification and acceptance of his/her claims in his/her online application
towards age, educational qualification, religion, community etc. If any of
his/her claim is found to be false or incorrect, he/she will not be admitted to
the Oral Test.

3) He/She is also informed that his/her admission to the Oral Test is purely
provisional subject to the decision of the Commission and also subject to the
outcome of cases, if any, pending on the files of the Hon’ble High Court of
Madras / Madurai Bench of the Madras High Court, relating to this
recruitment.

4) The candidate will not be admitted to the Oral Test, if he/she presents
himself/herself half an hour late after the scheduled time specified above.
