PAPA A LA OCOPA
INGREDIENTES
Ajíes amarillos, 1 cebolla grade, 2 dietes de ajo, 3 galletas de soda. 200 gramos de queso
fresco, 3 cucharadas de maní tostado, aceite, ¾ de leche evaporada, 1 ramita de huacatay, sal.
CEVICHE DE TRUCHA
LA trucha, es un pescado que aporta beneficios a la salud de las personas, la trucha tiene
ácidos de omega 3 que previenen enfermedades cardiovasculares, la trucha es rica en
proteínas. Además, contiene vitamina A, complejo B, hierro, zinc, potasio y fósforo. Siendo un
plato peruano saludable y recomendado si visitas Huancayo.
1. Start washing and filleting the trout, carefully. 2. Cut the trout into

- ¼ de nueces o pecanas picadas.
- DESSERT
- ZAMITO RICE
- IGREDIETES:
- ½ cup long grain rice.
- 1 cup of water.
- 1 cup of milk
- 1 cinnamon stick.
- 6 nails
- 1 evaporated milk
- ¾ grated coconut
- 1/3 raisins.
- ½ cup chancaca
- 1 tablespoon of coffee
PROCESO:
PROCESS: 1. Soak the rice n water for 20 minutes. Then drain the rice. 2. Combine
milk, cinnamon, anise seeds, cloves and rice soaked in a large bowl. 3. Heat over
medium heat, until it is boiling gently. 4. Move the combination over low heat for 12
minutes, making sure that the rice does not shrink into the bowl, then discard the
cinnamon stick and cloves. 5. Add milk, coconut, raisins and chancaca, heat over
medium heat, uncovered, stirring frequently, for 10 minutes. 6. Add coffee. 7. Remove
from heat and add vanilla and butter, stir. 8. Let cool until the mixture thickens. 9. Serve
with chopped nuts.
CHICHA DE JORA llamado también el néctar de los Incas-
Bebida tradicional de Perú, la chicha de jora posee propiedades diuréticas, los médicos
recomiendan esta bebida a las personas con diabetes, ayuda a bajar de peso, controla presión
arterial, contiene encimas y zinc. Pero, la chicha de jora al ser fermentada puede contener 3%
de alcohol aproximadamente, por lo que su consumo de manera medicinal debe ser
moderado.
