TERMS & CONDITIONS:

Taxes : Kerala VAT shall be payable extra as applicable at the time of despatch. Present rate is @14.5%.
Delivery : Within 4-6 weeks from the date of receipt of your technically and commercially clear PO with advance.
Freight : Extra, Ex-Cochin.
Unloading : Not in our scope.
Payment : 40% advance with order and balance against Proforma Invoice, prior to despatch.
Validity : This offer shall be valid up to 15-8-2016, beyond which, it is subject to our re-confirmation.
