Description Pension House Room Reservation System is an
offline reservation manager that monitors the
reservation of the customerwithin the
establishment, checks the status of the room, how
many people that checked in and checked out,
andcan update rooms.

PROJECT SCOPE / LIMITATIONS

Scope

This system can be access even without internet connection due to It’s offline

based platform.

Policy

 Only the Admin and Front Desk Personnel can manage the stored data.

 The system database is limited so “first come, first serve” policy is

implemented.

 Arriving 30 minutes late of the desired check in time results to the

cancellation of the reservation.

 When reserving a room the guest must pay half of the room’s price which

serves as down payment and it will be deducted with the room’s price.

 When cancelling the reservation the down payment will not be refunded.

Admin

 Can add and update rooms.

 Can cancel reservations.

 Can view all reports of the transactions, billings, reservations, payments,

and rooms.
 Front Office Personnel

 Can view availability of the rooms.

 Can add extra items.

 Can reserved rooms.

 Can add customer.

 Can cancel reservation.

 Can receive payments from the customers.

 Can generate billings.

 Can receive full or down payments.

Limitations

 Cannot view online.

 Does not support Mac and Linux OS.
