Conditions:-
1. Arts, Commerce, Science & Education- Educational Qualifications, Experience, Pay Scales etc.
applicable for the posts are as per norms specified by UGC, Govt. of Maharashtra & Punyashlok
Ahilyadevi Holkar Solapur University, Solapur & as modified from time to time.
2. Relaxation of 5% will be provided from 55% to 50% of the marks at the Master degree level for
candidates from SC/ST/OBC category and disabled.
3. Reserved category candidates, who are domiciled out of Maharashtra State, will be treated as open
category candidates.
4. The above vacancies may be changed due to any reason.
5. Application received after the last date will not be considered. The Sanstha will not be responsible for
postal delay if any.
6. Distribution of Reservation for female & disabled persons will be decided by appointing authorities.
7. Reserved Category candidates shall produce the Caste Validity Certificate as per the directives issued
by the State Government vide Circular No. BCC-2011/Pra.Kra 1064/2011/16B dated 12-12-2011.
8. Reserved Category candidates (except SC/ST) shall produce Non-Creamy-layer Certificate at the time
of interview.
9. Those who are in service should apply through proper channel.
10. Incomplete application will not be entertained.
11. T.A.D.A. will not be paid for attending the interview.
12. The no.of vacancies mentioned above will be filled in as per Government Resolution made from time
to time.
13. Those candidates belonging to SEBC & EWS will be appointed subject to Govt.Res.No.BCC-2018/
pra.kra./631 A 16-B, dated 25/02/2019 and Govt.Res.from time to time

15. The services are transferable to any college of the Sanstha affiliated to Shivaji, Pune, Mumbai,
Solapur University, or any other University.

23/7/2019 from Joint Director (H.Edn) Kolhapur Region, Kolhapur
17. Please note be that the recruitment Procedure initiated by this Advertisement shall be subject to the
writ petition No.12051/2015 pending before the Hon.Bombay High Court, Aurangabad Bench.

Those candidates who are eligible and fulfil the terms and conditions for Punyashlok Ahilyadevi

Each candidate should submit the application along with the following documents:
1) Print of the online application form
2) All attested copies of the marksheets and certificates of academic qulification
3) Backward class candidates should submit attested copies of the caste certificate and the caste
validity certificate
4) The Disabled candidate should submit attested copies of the Certificate of disability from
concerned Government authorities.
5) All candidates except the Schedule Caste and Schedule Tribe should submit the attested copies of
Non-cremy-layer certificate
6) Eligible candidates with necessary qualifications and experience should apply for the post
mentioned in the advertisement.There will be no correspondence for the non-eligible and incorrect
