AFFIDAVIT

I, Allen James H. Zerna, Filipino citizen, of legal age, married to Racquel

C. Zerna, and a resident of Lot 16 Block 11 Corazon Country Homes, Tubtuban,
Sibulan, Negros Oriental, after having been duly sworn in accordance with law,
hereby depose and say:

1. That I am the nephew of Olivia V. Yanson, and a second cousin of Roy V.

Yanson.
2. That at around 10:00 PM of July 27, 2019 I was asked by my cousin Roy to
contact his mother.
3. That I attempted to contact my aunt through the cellphone of her maid
stationed at a resort owned by my aunt, but was unable to reach her.
4. That the maid whom I called knew who I was, and that I frequently call that
number.
5. That after a few moments, the maid called me back. The reception was poor,
but I was able to understand that my aunt was not available. I was unable to
understand her other questions.
6. That due to bad reception the call was cut off.
7. That I did not mean to alarm my aunt or any other person since I was
respectful and cordial in my response to her, and I was just following the
instructions of my cousin.
