Trade Association (KITA) in 1986.

Formed with the aim of developing


Korea’s exhibition & convention
industry and boosting trade volume.

Coex Co., Ltd. is the sole management


company of Korea’s representative
international event venue, the Coex
Center in Seoul.
Coex is situated on the World Trade
Center site in downtown area of Seoul.

Its average economic growth of 6% per annum between 2007 and 2016

In a recent survey, 88 million people (35% of the population) – were

communications and other regular household consumer products.

By 2020, this number is expected to reach 141 million, representing
