Event based communication portal App
In Existing scenario, there are many events, activities, technical and cultural fests
that take place in Universities and many times, the updates regarding these
events might not be effectively communicated among students of other colleges
and sometimes even within the Universities. Communication of these events
requires physical effort to reach out to different Universities and convey the
information regarding such events.

The aim of this Student communication platform android project is to build an

android application that provides an interactive environment among students of
various colleges and Universities providing updates regarding different events or
activities. It creates an open forum and brings together all the students of similar
age groups providing a space for communication.

In this communication app, we have 3 modules i.e. for faculty, Event-manager and
student. Event-manager can share the details of the events. And also, there is an
option for in a particular University you can send the poster to a particular class or
section or department. The student can find the details of events whereas the
Event-manager can share the details of the events. Faculty can also share useful
information like notes with particular students.

Thus, this application can play a major role in increasing participation levels of
students in various events regardless of their Institutes.

Software Requirements: Android studio, Java

Database: Firebase

Future Expansion of the Project:

The project can further be expanded to include the registrations and payments of
the events apart from the updates alone. It can also enable communication
between lecturers and students to share knowledge and concepts through this
application.

GPS Location Finder and Weather

conditions (Mobile sensors)
The main purpose of a location tracking app is to get information about the
person’s current place and pinpoint the exact position. However, this information
and functionalities can be utilized in finding weather conditions.

This Location Finder Android Application is used to detect a location

of group of our friends. User can find the location of their friend’s e.g. city
and weather conditions. In this Android project, friends can makes their
groups and see locations where they are and their friends and also can see
weather conditions using internet. Every user sign up and add other friends.
User can leave from the group or can add other users.

This application also useful for parents they can know that their kid
reached their schools. And also find kids reached to the home. This app find
location through GPS and can find weather conditions of that locations
using internet.

With this GPS Tracker, you can easily track your family members and friends.
