Organizational culture

Employees while working at the restaurant follow unsanitary and unhealthy practices. The
employees of rocking cheff are not by default. But the work at Rocking Cheff is well organized as
the manger is the owner and has the ultimate power and also acceptable person to the employees.
So he is respected well by the staff and strictly controlled. Moreover, the main tendency of the
employees is to manage time and not the quality of food. But the manager is very active to monitor
this. Also, the staff tries to make syndicate with the chef and the accounts statement to steal money.
The owner is strict about this he never gives any chance to them to do something like that.
Rocking Cheff’s owner has set some ethical rules and policies for the employees. Violations of
these rules because of the unethical behavior of employees by employees occur when the
supervision declines by the managers. Employees are engaged in ethical behavior most of the time
because the owner is cleaver and keep on eyes on the employees. The employees sometimes ignore
the health and safety of the customer. So the employees are given incentives monthly if the
customers get the food on time without any service complain.
