MINUTES

Date of Saturday, May 25, 2019, in the Agora E of the University of Lomé, was held a meeting between
students in masters and college delegates master level, 15 h 10 min to 17 h 10 min.

During the meeting, discussions were conducted around three main points, in addition to various:

1. Presentation and operation of the College of Delegates,

2. Total steps:

- scholarships

- WIFI password

- Classrooms, laboratories and other

3. The activities of the committees and the membership application.

The delegate had the honor to open the meeting with a greeting to these students and presenting its
apologies for the absence of his deputy, the last moments, had an accident, before entering the thick of it .

First point

According to the delegate, after his appointment as the General Delegate Masters, he had to meet with
representatives of all Masters (Delegates as Deputy). But it should be noted that not all have responded to his call
for the creation of the College of Delegates because at present there are thirteen (13) of them who do not sit in the
said college. He strongly wants their revenues.

second point

As for scholarships, the delegate presented the results of their actions they had to carry out with the
relevant authorities. He says in his words, "We submitted our grievances to the appropriate authorities",
doing case of the letter to the Minister of Higher Education and Research. On this occasion, he presented
the answers given by the Minister in charge of higher education, the answers are far from meeting the
expectations of students. However, students are relieved of the authorities' willingness to pay all grants next
week for the first registered and the remaining will have their transfer in the coming weeks. The delegate
took the opportunity to answer a question that is topical on Whatsapp platform on the exact amount of the
scholarship. He responds by saying that "it is 350 000 CFA francs, but he says that a levy 2000 Francs CFA
will probably be done and this fund (2000) will be considered costs of opening accounts at the banks. "
The delegate reiterated that students with more than 32 years will have only half of their scholarships. But
he says: "the grievances made by each other during this session will be discussed with the relevant
authorities."

Regarding issue of Wi-Fi code, the classrooms and laboratories, in the words of the delegate, they
advocated that all master students can repossess their code. This was done with a few exceptions. But the
question can appear on the platform, except those who are still not in the rules with the university, that is to
say those who did not pay the rest of their schooling. Regarding the other rooms and they also worked to
ensure that all classrooms and laboratories are equipped. At this level, the yards are hard at work for better
satisfaction.

For the third and final point

As for commissions, we have 04 committees namely communication commission, the project board (eg
commission research and correspondence) the Committee scholarship and academic committee. Note that
the communication commission and commission research and correspondence existed but research and
correspondence board is replaced in favor of the project committee. These 4 commissions will be
responsible for assisting the college in task management. It is expected delegates 3 and 2 Students per
commission so the call was made to wanting to enroll in the various committees. Another session will be
convened in order to equip all the different commissions.

In addition to these three points, in various, stakeholders returned on the same issues previously discussed.

In summary, this meeting was a success from the College of Delegates notwithstanding the smallness of
the present. All the points discussed during this meeting have raised several questions from students and
answers comrades generally convincing, were made by the delegate. "We sincerely hope the presence of
